Management Education is the Need of Hour

Management Education is not just the formal education for job or career only, one must go for management education for betterment of life and achieving greater heights of professional excellence.

But most of the students or management aspirants when discuss about opting management program with b-school, their prime focus is just on placement "kitna package milega" rather than on education.

I would like to quote here that the B-Schools are the center for gaining management skills and bridging the gaps that one have, before going to corporate world, and it is not a "placement agency". The placement after completion of program is the final outcome of your hard work, learning management skills, passion to excel and lot many parameters.

If we focus on developing verbal and non-verbal skills (communication, behavior, etiquette etc.), then surely one can get good career option on completion of program. And these skills will remain with you forever, on other hand, you may change the company that you got from campus.

Also, it is responsibility of B-Schools to deliver the quality education and facility for nurturing the skills of students for career not for job.

Added to this all, management education is very important for those who want to be "entrepreneur", that will help them in planning about concept to launching the concept and run it in better way. It will also help in reducing the risk of failure, and sustenance of business.

According to me, the moral of "Management Education" is to learn about creating a system, managing it efficiently using man and money. The "SUCCESS" depends on our passion, determination, attitude, belief in system and planning.

Even it will also helps in having healthy relations with family and friends, managing home affairs etc.
